You can remove what the platform holds about you at three levels. None of them requires talking to anyone first.
1. Disconnect an integration
In the platform, open Stores (for Shopify) or Disputes → Settings (for Stripe and PayPal) and choose Disconnect. The stored credential is deleted immediately. Data already imported (orders, refunds, disputes, ad metrics) stays in your account so your history keeps making sense; to remove it too, delete the store or the account.
2. Revoke access on the provider's side
- Shopify: in your store admin, Settings → Apps and sales channels, uninstall or delete the custom app you created for the platform.
- Meta: in Facebook Settings → Business integrations (or in your Meta Business Suite → Business settings → Integrations), remove the platform. Meta then notifies us and we delete the stored credential and the imported ad metrics within 30 days.
- Google: at myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove the platform's access.
- PayPal and Stripe: delete the API credential you created for the platform in your PayPal Developer or Stripe dashboard.
3. Delete a store or the whole account
Write to support@firstview.io from the email of your account, saying whether you want a store or the whole account deleted. We confirm within two business days and delete within 30 days: profile, stores, daily entries, imported data, uploaded files, notes, notifications and integration credentials. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records) is kept for the legal period only. Your coach loses access to your data at the same time.
What is kept and why
- Server logs, for 30 days, for security.
- Anonymous aggregates that no longer identify you (for example, platform-wide averages).
- Records required by law, for the legal period.
